Vintage Velvet Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 29th August 2025
At Vintage Velvet, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. While credit notes remain our preferred option, we now also offer refunds under the following terms.
1. Return Eligibility & Process
Customers may request a return within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date (as recorded by the courier).

2. Condition of Returned Products
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
Returns must reach us within 15 days of initiating the request.
Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping Options
Self-Return:
You may ship the product to the address below at your own cost.

Pickup Service:
We can arrange a Blue Dart pickup for a fee of ₹120/-, payable via UPI at vadhariya@okicici.
Pickup is subject to courier availability in your area.
⚠️ Vintage Velvet is not liable for lost or damaged parcels during self-return. Please retain shipment proof.
4. Refunds & Credit Notes
After inspection, customers may choose between:

Credit Note (Preferred):
Full product value credited with no expiry, usable across multiple orders. -
Refund:
Issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via UPI/bank transfer (for COD orders).
Refunds exclude shipping or handling charges.
A restocking fee of ₹30 or 3% of product value (whichever is higher) applies to refunds — not applicable in defective/incorrect cases.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval (bank/payment timelines may vary).
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo/video proof, via the Return Portal or WhatsApp (for urgent assistance).
If verified, we will arrange a free pickup and provide:

A replacement (subject to stock), or
-
A full refund (including shipping, no deductions).
6. Exclusions

Items bought during sales, promotions, or discounted prices are not eligible for refunds/returns unless defective.

Purchases made through third-party sellers/resellers are not covered.
