1. Self-Serve Returns Within 48 Hours:

Notification of intent to return must be received within the specified timeframe to qualify for a return.
2. Return Process:
Upon receipt of the return request and subsequent approval from our team, customers are required to send the item(s) to the following address:

3. Options for Returns:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), customers will be given a credit note of equivalent value, applicable towards future purchases from Vintage Velvet.
