Return Policy Summary:
- Returns will be credited as a non-expiring credit note, usable for future purchases.
- Return Process: Initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery by logging into our website with your email ID. If you face issues or have not registered with an email ID, contact us via email at cc@vintagevelvetonline.com
- Shipping of returns: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, or you can request a pickup for Rs. 120/- via UPI
- Credit Note: Issued for item value only, applicable for multiple purchases until the balance is used.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: Report issues within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will replace items if proven defective or damaged.
