Returns:
Eligible returns will be credited as a non-expiring credit note or a refund within 7 days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and the quality check is completed.

Return Process:
Please initiate your return within 48 hours of delivery using our official portal: Return Portal.

Shipping of Returns:
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, or you can request a pickup for ₹120/- directly via the portal (subject to courier availability).

Credit Note / Refund:
Credit notes are provided for the full product value with no expiry.
Refunds are available through the Return Portal; a ₹30 or 3% restocking fee (whichever is higher) applies.
Refunds exclude shipping and handling charges.

Note:
Applicable charges (pickup/restocking) are collected in advance on the portal, and refunds are processed for the full eligible product value after quality check approval.

Damaged / Incorrect Items:
Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery via the Return Portal. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been verified.
