Return window
Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery through our Return Portal. Once approved, the product must reach us within 15 days.
Choose your resolution
Receive a non-expiring credit note for the full eligible product value or request a refund. Prepaid refunds are returned to the original payment method; COD refunds are processed through UPI or bank transfer.
Return shipping and restocking charge
You may self-ship the product or request pickup for ₹120, subject to courier availability. Refunds carry a restocking charge of ₹30 or 3% of the refundable amount, whichever is higher. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important: Advance payment is compulsory
Applicable pickup and/or restocking charges must be paid in advance through the Return Portal. The return or pickup will be processed only after the required payment is completed.
Damaged or incorrect item
Report it within 24 hours through the Return Portal. After verification, we will arrange free pickup and offer a replacement or refund.
Processing time
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and passes quality inspection.
