Eligible returns will be credited as a non-expiring credit note or a refund within 7 days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and the quality check is completed.

Shipping of Returns:
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, or you can request a pickup for ₹120/- directly via the portal (subject to courier availability).
Credit Note / Refund:
Credit notes are provided for the full product value with no expiry.
Refunds are available through the Return Portal; a ₹30 or 3% restocking fee (whichever is higher) applies.
Refunds exclude shipping and handling charges.
